About Me
I have 35 years of experience in the construction industry, during which I owned my own construction business in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Our services included excavation, home building, and commercial renovations. I have built over 100 homes, working closely with my clients to turn their dream homes into reality.
During that time, I was a full-time professional firefighter, later promoted to Lieutenant and then to Captain in Connecticut, serving for 40 years before retiring to LBI. I gained valuable experience in managing, budgeting, and overseeing $18 million in commercial construction projects.

I attended and completed the Schack Institute of Real Estate, part of the NYU School of Professional Studies as a Certified Construction Project Manager and Certified Construction Cost Estimator.
